At a glance
How students and families can raise a concern or complaint and how Anas Bin Malik Academy reviews issues fairly and respectfully.
How to raise a complaint
Contact the academy through an official email or WhatsApp channel and explain the issue clearly. Complaints may concern teaching, communication, scheduling, conduct, payments or another part of the service.
What to include
Provide the student name, relevant dates, programme or lesson involved and a factual description of what happened. Attach relevant evidence when appropriate without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
How concerns are reviewed
We aim to consider complaints objectively, gather relevant information and respond in a proportionate way. Complex matters may require additional review.
Urgent safeguarding concerns
A concern involving child safety, threats, abuse or immediate danger should be raised without delay. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local authority as well as informing the academy.
