The price, currency, billing arrangement, package details and any specific conditions presented when enrolment or payment is agreed form part of the applicable arrangement.
Lesson scheduling
Lesson times depend on teacher availability and the arrangement confirmed with the academy. Students should attend on time and communicate scheduling difficulties as early as reasonably possible.
Student conduct
Students and families must communicate respectfully, protect account details and follow reasonable lesson, privacy and safeguarding requirements.
Recording and distribution
Lessons, teachers, students or academy materials must not be recorded, copied or distributed without appropriate permission.
Educational materials
Materials created by the academy are provided for the personal educational use of the enrolled student unless stated otherwise. They must not be sold, republished or commercially distributed without permission.
Third-party services
Online lessons, communications or payments can involve external platforms. Availability and functionality of those platforms can be affected by matters outside the academy’s control.
Mandatory legal rights
Nothing in these terms removes any consumer or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law that applies to the user.
